WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE!

North Texas Rimfire League is a partnership between S&S Precision and KR Designs Co. to create a fun and competitive environment for new and experienced shooters. The NTxR is a PRS style league but for rimfire rifles. Shooters can try out PRS type shooting without breaking the bank. We hope this is a fun and competitive way to get folks into shooting sports and possibly into center fire competitions.

The North Texas Rimfire League was created as a low cost alternative to center-fire PRS style shooting. The league will be kid friendly as well. We encourage youngsters to come out and start competing. Coaching is encouraged for the younger shooters.

NTxR will have a loaner rifle setup and ready for the matches. The loaner rifle is free to use with only the cost of ammo. Which can be purchased from the range. If you’re on the fence and want to try it before you buy a rifle, this is a great way to do it.

General Match Information

**1/6/22 Update

Due to recent legislation with online payments, we’ll no loger be accepting online credit card payments through Practiscore. You will still register and squad like before on Practiscore, but all registration fees will be collected the morning of the match. Please bring $40 cash for registration. Thanks You

**1/8/21 Update

We will be shooting a cold bore challenge before the match this year again, but it will be at 300 yards this year.

Our first 3 matches this year will begin at 8:30AM, all shooters need to be present at 8:30AM for the shooters meeting. All the matches from May on will start at 7:30AM and all shooters must be present by 7:15 for shooters meeting.

**1/1/21 Update

We have joined the PRS Rimfire Series. They have opened up a new division for rimfire this year and we have joined them. Now if you want, you can join PRS rimfire and you can accrue points for a regional championship and possibly make it into the national championship.

You do not have to join PRS to shoot in our league. Our league will function much the same as it did last year, 3 bench stages, 3 prone stages, and 4 positional stages. We will still have payouts and year end prizes if the sponsors are willing. Our league will still be very beginner friendly but yet still challenging experienced shooters.
